Click and Collect FAQ
Click & Collect is a service provided by Pakistan Supermarket that gives you more choice and more convenience to shop online and collect your purchase in-store.
Click & Collect is simple to use:
1) Shop for your groceries online.
2) Select Click & Collect at checkout.
3) Choose your preferred collection point and time slot.
4) Collect your order from your selected location.

Click & Collect service is available to all our customers for free.
Unfortunately, the service is currently available only for grocery items sold online.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an SMS with the collection time and location for pick-up. When your order arrives at your chosen store, you will receive another SMS with your order details and instructions on how to collect your order.
You should be prepared to show your SMS or email order confirmation, which includes your Order ID.
If you’re running late, please call the store on the contact number provided in the SMS confirmation and speak with one of our customer support staff members. We will make every effort to reallocate you to a convenient collection time, however, please note all collection time slots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
If you miss your collection time slot, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. If you are running late or need to rearrange your order, please call the store on the contact number provided in the SMS confirmation and speak with one of our customer support staff members. We will make every effort to reallocate you to a convenient collection time, however, please note all collection time slots are allocated on a first come, first serve basis.
Based on your chosen location and the details provided in the SMS and email confirmation, you will be able to collect your order from a dedicated parking bay or from the customer support counter in-store.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer Cash on Delivery for orders placed through the Click & Collect service.
The refund can take up to 14 working days to process.
