Shipping and Delivery FAQ

To attain the most accurate delivery estimate, look to the checkout after you've entered your shipping address.
You can save as many delivery addresses as you need within the UAE in your profile. Upon ordering, you can select the one you prefer for that delivery – work or home. You can also use an alternative address if you want to send a gift to someone. In that case, keep the billing address as yours.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48 hours upon reception of your order and upon stock availability. On Demand items are ordered from suppliers once you place your request online and are delivered upon stock availability with the brand/supplier.

You can track your orders by clicking on the order tracking reference in the 'My Order' section in 'My Account' page. You will be directed to our delivery provider on the tracking page of your order.
